企業要融資，一文讀懂“稅貸”和“票貸”的基礎知識

近年來，國家政策越來越傾向於中小企業貸款。 特別是在疫情期間的大環境下，各大銀行推出了不同類型的中小企業信貸產品，其中“稅貸”和“票貸”也是近一兩年來的熱門產品。 企業稅單貸款的特點是貸款金額高、線上申請、無擔保純信用貸款產品。

今天，我將帶大家學習企業“稅貸”和“票貸”的詳細知識。

1、什麼是企業稅貸款和門票貸款？

稅收貸款又稱納稅貸款和銀行稅收貸款：一般來說，省級稅務機關與銀行有協定。 稅務系統向銀行開放資料介面。 當借款人向銀行申請信貸時，銀行可以調用借款人的歷史納稅申報和納稅數據來判斷借款人的收入、盈利能力、納稅情况、業務穩定性等，從而為借款人提供一定的預信貸。 借款人在互聯網上訪問電子稅務局，轉到銀行稅務互動介面，看到許多銀行名稱。 點擊授權銀行，然後他可以向銀行申請稅務貸款。

2、企業稅貸款和票據貸款有什麼區別？

1.稅務數據（稅收抵免）

申報納稅是每個企業的義務。 申報時，我們必須注意納稅申報是否正常，是否會有欠稅資訊，是否會出現逾期付款。 逾期付款需要支付一定數額的滯納金。 滯納金的次數越多，也會影響貸款通過率。 責令整改的事項必須及時處理，否則也會影響稅收貸款通過率。

稅收信用評級分為A、B、M、C和D級。 建議企業主更多地關注自己公司的稅收信用評級。 如果經常出現逾期付款或欠稅，將從信用評級中扣除，導致信用評級低； 每個稅收抵免產品都有信用評級要求。 A級和B級是常見的。 M級和C級產品很少，但D級產品不允許用於任何稅收抵免產品。

為了避免少交企業所得稅，許多企業主會提高負債率，並在損益表中虧損。 當負債率超過70%時，損益表中的損失也會影響及格率。

2.開票數據（發票貸方）

根據常識，我們都知道納稅人分為一般納稅人和小規模納稅人； 如果公司在經營年度開票較少，可以通過國家稅務網絡向下游合作企業開具發票。 所有發票信貸產品都需要在後臺讀取發票數據，作為信貸的基礎。 囙此，當國家稅務網絡代表開具發票時，不允許發票抵免。

發票金額為營業額。 然而，通過開票扣除的增值稅稅點因行業而异，囙此可以計算出各個行業的利潤點； 發票軟件上的數據可以查看公司是否每個月都有正常的發票，以及有多少下游合作夥伴。

根據這些數據，可以分析公司是否同比新增或减少，以及當年的內環比率是否新增或减少。 如果業務情况不穩定，開票將持續中斷，並集中開票（開票將在一年一到兩個月內完成）。 嚴重的同比和環比下降也會影響及格率。 在正常情况下，如果發票金額下降超過40%，則無需申請貸款。 基本上，貸款不會被支付。 解决此問題的唯一方法是開具延遲發票。

3、企業稅收抵免與票據抵免的區別

稅收貸款和發票貸款都是純信貸和無擔保產品，囙此在銀行準予時，對信用報告的風險控制相對嚴格，對抵押品的相對要求也會降低。

企業稅票貸款產品的信用申報一般有兩種類型，一種是企業商業貸款，另一種是個人商業貸款。

①  企業經營貸款：借款人是企業，但需要擔保人，通常是法人。 邏輯很簡單。 如果企業因經營不善或破產而倒閉，貸款尚未結清，那麼如何處理貸款？ 擔保人只能償還貸款，“法人”是企業代表，囙此，用於企業信用調查的貸款也將由企業個人收取並顯示“擔保”（優點很大，缺點只能由企業申請）。

②  個人商業貸款：此類稅票貸款的借款人是個人，主要是因為申請人根據其名下企業的綜合資質到銀行申請信貸。 貸款機构還根據企業的綜合情况判斷借款人的還款能力，經審批後發放給個人，並進行個人信用調查（有優勢的股東可以申請，但劣勢的金額不會很高）。

許多企業主盲目申請，不瞭解產品的詳細稽核情况，在信用調查中留下不良記錄，導致稽核失敗，放貸失敗，形成惡性循環。
